The 2nd complaint mentioned in this article, was sent to the Secretary of State’s Office (which already deemed Cleavenger “Qualified” to run for office) shortly after the first by another Perlow supporter and campaign donor, former LCSO Sheriff Byron Trapp.  (Further, according to the Secretary Of State’s website, Byron Trapp and Patty Perlow even hired the same Campaign Director and Treasurer for their campaigns!)  The 2nd complaint contains the same false and misleading allegations as the first and even attaches and incorporates the first complaint, proving yet another direct connection between the two.  Cleavenger is confident he will be exonerated in these matters and claims both complaints are “false, frivolous, and obviously politically motivated.”
